Which Shipping Option Should I Pick?

Borrow Me Bridal strives to have rental orders arrive via USPS, UPS, or FedEx 1-to-2 days prior to the start of a customer's official rental period.  We cannot be responsible for shipment delays due to carrier errors, extreme weather events, or other acts of nature.  Shipping times are approximate and estimates pertain to orders placed for delivery within the continental United States only.  

We offer three different rental options:

• $15 No Rush Shipping - If the official start of your rental is more than 7 days away, you can use this option. You can place an order up to 365 days in advance, so save money by booking well in advance.
• $25 Fashionably Tardy to the Party Shipping - If the official start of your rental period begins in the next 4 to 6 days, select this option.
• $50 Mayday Mayday Shipping - This is the option to select if your rental period needs to begin less than 3 days from the date you place your order.

All rental orders include free return shipping and come with prepaid shipping, packing materials and easy to follow instructions for making your rental return a piece of cake!

How Do Rental Returns Work?

We truly hope you love your rental, and ask that you ship it back (using the same packaging you received it in) no later than the day after your official rental period has ended. Otherwise, you are subject to a late fee. Refer to our website's Terms of Service for additional information. Remember--another bride may be looking forward to renting an item from your order, so adherence to your rental timeline is crucial; Thanks in advance for your understanding!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Carefully place your rental item(s) back into the shipping box(es) you received it (them) in.
2) Rental items are expected to arrive back to us in the same condition in which you received them.
3) Return shipping has been calculated based on the shipping materials used to send your rental to you; if you use different packaging to ship it back to BMB, the prepaid/preprinted label will not work and you will incur an additional/separate fee for shipping the return.
4) Using the tape strips enclosed in your original rental package, seal the edges of your box to ensure that the contents do not get damaged by water or anything else that could find its way inside during its journey. 
5) Remove the shipping label on the box that was on the rental when you received it.
6) THROW THE OLD LABEL AWAY. it cannot be reused!
7) The NEW return shipping label is sent with your rental and is all ready to use – simply remove the backing from the back of the label & stick it on the box, where the old label used to be.
8) Drop your rental off at a post office or give it to your mail carrier on the date specified.
