ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Service offered through the website (as defined below), which website is located at borrowmebridal.com (and any successor site thereto) (the “Site”), and related services, including Borrow Me Bridal’s product rental services. By using the website or Service, you are stating that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, these Terms. Borrow Me Bridal retains the right to amend the Terms at any time and by continued use of the website or the Services of Borrow Me Bridal, you are agreeing to such amendments to the Terms. Use of the website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms. Borrow Me Bridal may limit the Service’s availability at any time, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at Borrow Me Bridal’s sole discretion.

LICENSE AND WEBSITE ACCESS

Borrow Me Bridal hereby grants you a limited license to access the website and Service for personal use. This license does not include any downloading, copying of any content, or copying of any account or other information for the benefit of any business with which you are affiliated or by any other third party; caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any Content (as defined below) available through the website, uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another party) and for which you have not obtained consent by Borrow Me Bridal to post or transmit; uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; any action that imposes or may impose (in Borrow Me Bridal’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Borrow Me Bridal’s website, server or other infrastructure; or any use of data
mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by Borrow Me Bridal to prevent or restrict access to the Site or Service. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Borrow Me Bridal. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or prohibit any use of the Services for any reason in our sole discretion, or if we determine or suspect that you are using the Services for fraudulent or commercial purposes or for any other purposes in violation of the Terms.

Privacy
Your use of our Site is subject to Borrow Me Bridal's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications
Visiting borrowmebridal.com or sending emails to Borrow Me Bridal constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

Mobile Terms of Service

The Borrow Me Bridal mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Borrow Me Bridal (“Borrow Me Bridal”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Borrow Me Bridal’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Borrow Me Bridal through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Borrow Me Bridal. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18554163934 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Borrow Me Bridal mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Your Account

If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account if and password if applicable and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Borrow Me Bridal is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Borrow Me Bridal and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Borrow Me Bridal from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Borrow Me Bridal Content accessed through Borrowmebridal.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

Rental Orders may only be placed by those age 18 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS

We encourage you to check the website periodically for the most current Service offerings. Similarly, we may update the Content, including descriptions and specifications about Products or Services, and we reserve the right to remove any Content (as described below) at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, and without notice. Borrow Me Bridal will have no liability for any change in the Services, or any suspension or termination of your access to Services. 

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Borrow Me Bridal, LLC is an E-Commerce Site.
Borrow Me Bridal provides users with access to rent bridal and bridal-adjacent luxury accessories items online and related services ("the Service"). You are responsible for obtaining access to the website, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider, cell carrier, or airtime charges). You must provide and are responsible for, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to access the website. Borrow Me Bridal does everything possible to guarantee photos and descriptions on the website or provided elsewhere by Borrow Me Bridal is accurate and representative of each Item or Service, however, the color and fit of an Item may slightly differ from how it is captured in a photograph. Borrow Me Bridal is not responsible for any refunds or credit to User’s account should User consider an Item to look different in person than it does on the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, provide listings, descriptions, or images of Products that are available on the Services, as well as references and links to Products, but we do not warrant that the Product listings, descriptions, or images are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that any Products will be available at any particular time or date, even if noted as so on our Services. Such information and the availability of any Product are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures, and similar descriptions are approximate and are for convenience only; should a rented item not fit as expected, this is not grounds for renter to receive a refund. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of Products, including the applicable colors, however the actual colors you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your electronic device will accurately display such colors. The prices displayed for Products and Services are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices and availability for Products on our Reserve Service are not confirmed until the applicable Products are shipped; if the actual price of such a Product is higher than our stated price, or if the Product is no longer available, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The availability through the Services of any listing, description, or image of a Product does not imply our endorsement of such Product or affiliation with the provider of such Product. Borrow Me Bridal is providing access to another’s products and does not warrant or guarantee those products.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services
Borrowmebridal.com may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Borrow Me Bridal and Borrow Me Bridal is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Borrow Me Bridal is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Borrow Me Bridal of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via Borrowmebridal.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the Borrowmebridal.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Borrow Me Bridal may share such information and data with any third party with whom Borrow Me Bridal has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of Borrowmebridal.com users and customers.

COST OF SERVICES
Borrow Me Bridal may charge you to access and use certain parts of the Services (the “Paid Services”). We reserve the right to modify or waive fees required to use certain parts of the Services. You are solely responsible for (i) the fee for any Paid Services that you order and that are not canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, (ii) the price of any Products that are not returned in accordance with our policies, and (iii) any late fees accrued by you due to late or lost items. Please note that any pricing, fees, and payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Paid Service are deemed part of these Terms.

SALES

If you purchase a Product through the Services, the purchase price for such Product (“Purchase Price”) will be equal to the purchase fee and delivery charges listed on the Service for the applicable Product at the time of purchase. Borrow Me Bridal, at its discretion and without notice, reserves the right to alter the price of a Product, the amount or availability of any discount, or the availability of any particular item. You hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method (as defined below) for the Purchase Price when you purchase Products. We will charge your Payment Method the amount of the Purchase Price immediately upon your purchase order. We do not make, and expressly disclaim, any warranties of any kind with respect to any Product that you purchase, and such Product isprovided on an “AS IS” basis.

RENTAL PERIODS AND FEES
User accepts that all Items User rents from Borrow Me Bridal remains the property of Borrow Me Bridal, unless and until purchased – including full payment of the Purchase Price – by User. Each Item shall be available for use by User for one (1) “Rental Period”, which these Terms define as a period of three (3), five (5), or ten (10) days, with the first day being the delivery date and the last day being the return date or date of collection for the item. If you rent a Product through our Rental Service, the rental fee (“Rental Fee”) will include rental coverage charges and delivery charges (as applicable). The total value on the invoice User receives for each order of an Item will be composed of the Rental Price, plus taxes, damage waiver charges, and delivery charges for the order. When User places a rental order on the Site, User hereby authorizes Borrow Me Bridal to charge the credit or debit card provided by User during and for the transaction. If an Item is reserved in advance, Borrow Me Bridal will charge a fee to User’s credit or debit card at the time that the Item is reserved, and User hereby authorizes Borrow Me Bridal to pre-charge User’s credit or debit card for a total amount that is additional to the Rental Price of the Item(s), but no higher than the retail value of the Item(s). The Rental Price of an Item as listed on the Site does not include federal, state, and local taxes, or customs and duties fees, all of which shall be paid by User as part of the order. Borrow Me Bridal reserves the right to alter the Rental Fee or availability of any particular Item at its discretion and without notice. Borrow Me Bridal will immediately adjust the displayed Rental Price on the website should any discrepancy be detected.

AVAILABILITY
Subject to availability for the date(s) requested, Borrow Me Bridal will deliver each Item ordered by User. In the event that an Item becomes unavailable between the time that the order is placed and the beginning of the Rental Period, Borrow Me Bridal will use reasonable efforts to notify User that the Item is unavailable and take the proper action to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS
User has the right to cancel its/his/her order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies: User may receive a full refund, minus insurance and processing fees if the order is canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the rental period. If the order is canceled less than sixty (60) days, but more than thirty (30) days in advance of the Rental Period, client will be refunded 50% of the total rental, with the exception of insurance and processing fees. Last, if a User must cancel after the thirty (30) day mark, they will not be eligible for a refund but may request a website credit for the total amount of their canceled order, minus insurance and processing fees. 

CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
Borrow Me Bridal is responsible for the dry cleaning and sanitization of each Item after every use. Borrow Me Bridal shall not be held liable for any health issues or complaints for treatments that have resulted from the care of an item or from its fabric composition, and User hereby expressly waives any such claims related thereto.

USE OF THE PRODUCTS
User agrees to treat the Products with great care. Borrow Me Bridal takes impeccable care of its Items and trusts that User will do the same. The rental coverage provided by us covers normal wear and tear, but you are responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to the Products for any reason, including theft, loss, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains, or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. “Normal wear and tear” means minor stains, small rips, missing beads, stuck zippers, or other minor damage that is covered by the rental coverage. You agree to treat the Products with great care and if you return a Product that is damaged beyond what Borrow Me Bridal considers normal wear and tear, then you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method for the price for repairing or replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the full Retail Value for the Product. Not limited to collaborators & partnerships. Anyone renting our products will be responsible for damages.

DELIVERY

You must provide us with accurate shipping information so that we can timely deliver Products to you. You are responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information for deliveries and for keeping the shipping information up-to-date. If you provide us with a shipping address that is invalid where you cannot securely accept Products upon delivery, or if you do not keep your shipping information up-to-date, you are solely responsible for any resulting loss, theft, or damage to the Products. Following delivery to the designated address, as between you and us, you will be solely responsible for the condition of each Product until you return such Product (including while they are in transit). We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or prohibit any rentals or sales of Products for any reason. Should there be any delays with the delivery of an Item or should Borrow Me Bridal’s delivery services be unable to complete delivery for the planned date or time, Borrow Me Bridal will use all reasonable efforts to notify User. Borrow Me Bridal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to Events Outside Borrow Me Bridal’s Control.

RETURNING THE ITEM(S)
Users will be responsible for ensuring the return of the item(s). If the item is being returned via shipment, the shipment needs to be processed for return shipping by 1 p.m. on the immediate day following the last day of the rental.  If not, the User will be charged a $100 late fee per day, which late fee may be adjusted based on the value of Items ordered, any change in such fee to be described on the invoice to the User for the rental prior to processing payment and shipment of the Item to the User

LATE FEES
If you do not return one or more Products (other than Products that you purchase/rent) by the Product Return Date (see the “Returns, Extensions, Shipping, and Lost Items” section below), you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method non-refundable late fees for the days that we do not receive every Product that comprises such order, up to the full retail value of the Products not returned to us (for each Product, the “Retail Value”) plus applicable sales tax. If you are charged by Borrow Me Bridal, and pay the full Retail Value (for Reserve Orders) of a Product pursuant to this “Late Fees” section and as described in the corresponding FAQ Section(s), you are permitted to retain the Product; however, we do not make, and expressly disclaim, any warranties of any kind with respect to the Product, and the Product is provided to you on an “AS IS” basis. For the avoidance of doubt, this “Late Fees” section shall not apply to the Rental Fee, or fees paid or payable by you for the non-return of Return Packaging (as defined below), each of which will be charged separately from, and in addition to, any late fees. Payment of any late fees does not excuse your breach of these Terms.

PAYMENT POLICY
Borrow Me Bridal accepts all major credit and debit cards for all transactions. When you place a rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize Borrow Me Bridal to charge your payment card or other payment instrument (“Payment Method”) for the Rental/Service Fee. You must ensure that at all times your Payment Method is valid and up-to-date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to Borrow Me Bridal and notifying Borrow Me Bridal of any changes to such information. Borrow Me Bridal  will charge your Payment Method the full amount of the Rental or Service Fee immediately upon your rental order. A reservation of a Product through the Services is an order for the rental of that Product, regardless of how far in advance that Product is reserved. In addition, at the time of your rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize Borrow Me Bridal to charge your Payment Method for an amount up to the Retail Value of the Product set forth on the applicable Service plus applicable sales taxes; provided that Borrow Me Bridal will only charge your Payment Method for an amount that is greater than the Rental Fee as described below and in the Cost of Services section above. Rental Fees exclude all federal, state, and local taxes, goods and service tax, fees, duties, levies, and other governmental assessments, all of which shall be paid by you directly or, if paid by Borrow Me Bridal shall be paid by you to Borrow Me Bridal in connection with your rental order. Borrow Me Bridal uses a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you for any Paid Services through a payment account linked to your account (your “Billing Account”). By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay Borrow Me Bridal, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms, and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen Payment Method. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method, but if the Payment Processor is not able to charge your preferred Payment Method, you authorize us to use any Payment Method stored on record for your Billing Account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a rental order or terminate your access to the Services in the event that we are unable to successfully charge the provided Payment Method. We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that we or the Payment Processor make(s) even if we have or our Payment Processor has already requested or received payment should it be determined that the amounts billed were incorrect, thereby allowing us to make adjustments upward or downward and to process payments and refunds accordingly to correct any erroneous billing. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts owed immediately upon notice being provided to you by Borrow Me Bridal that payment is due and could not be processed using any stored billing method.

USER CONTENT
Any content that User submits to the website, or shares on or with any of Borrow Me Bridal’s social media accounts (“Company Social Media”), or that User submits to its/his/her social media accounts and therein references Borrow Me Bridal with tags or hashtags (or otherwise), may be used, adapted, reproduced, sub-licensed and distributed worldwide by Borrow Me Bridal at any time. User acknowledges and agrees that Borrow Me Bridal shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any content created by Users or for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content published on Company Social Media or on any other website.

GENERAL AGREEMENT
Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between User and Borrow Me Bridal with respect to the website and the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, communications, and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the User and Borrow Me Bridal with respect to the website and the Services. A printed version of these Terms and any notice given in electronic form related hereto shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. These terms and conditions of sale are subject at all times to Borrow Me Bridal’s Terms Indemnification, You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Borrow Me Bridal, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Borrow Me Bridal reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Borrow Me Bridal in asserting any available defenses.

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Borrow Me Bridal agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE
INFORMATION HEREIN. BORROW ME BRIDAL, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.  BORROW ME BRIDAL, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. BORROW ME BRIDAL, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BORROW ME BRIDAL, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BORROW ME BRIDAL, LLC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Termination/Access Restriction

Borrow Me Bridal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Pennsylvania in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Borrow Me Bridal as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Borrow Me Bridal's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Borrow Me Bridal's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Borrow Me Bridal with respect to such use. Borrow Me Bridal’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Borrow Me Bridal with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Borrow Me Bridal with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
